Well i started to plant some seeds for a early test run and maybe a bit of fresh herbs the wife is looking for. I planted 3 types of lettuce, basil, parsley, Brussels sprouts and Alaskan peas. The seeds are sitting in a dark semi warm spot. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Dirt drama - I just found out the dirt i wanted to buy is sludge waste.. Why would i want to put this in my garden and then in my mouth. not me ! Now what. Spend money on Farmer D.. to high for my blood. I might do a mix of mushroom compost and dirt and sand. Make my own. Still working on this part. I would like to have it ordered by this weekend. Once it is down, i am going to start lettuce, peas, Brussels sprouts outside. it is time to get the early planting in.
